My name is Jason Thomson I’m an Achievement Strategist (coach) and founder of My Coach and I.

I am really fortunate that every day for the last 17 years I have worked with hundreds of individuals and teams, small to medium business owners ranging from salons, clinics, designers, osteopaths and manufacturers in 32 different types of businesses and industries.

We assist our clients with personal growth, leadership skills and business acumen development.

In personal growth we assist them to learn through the many challenges they face and to create the mindset they need to grow.

In their leadership skills we assist them to learn how to lead their specific team and if needed create and grow a leadership team.

In business acumen we develop their culture, goals, profitability and sales to enable them to achieve the income they desire.

The reason I do this is because when I had my first business, to be honest a lot of the time I didn’t really know what I was doing and I often felt alone. I tried multiple experienced mentors and paid coaches and often felt overwhelmed and even more alone when they left. I wanted to show that coaching can be about guidance, empowerment and true support with results. I have now owned five businesses, and I know that this is possible no matter what the economy is doing.

In My Coach and I we use coaching sessions (online and face to face), structured programmes, digital workbooks, workshops and creative fun to lift all our clients to thrive in their life. One of the great parts of My Coach and I is that we always customise our above strategies to create the best coaching approach for all our clients. We want people to feel guided, empowered and supported to thrive more than they thought possible. It is our mission.
