What We Do:
In a 'My Coach Collective', we unite a group of like-minded individuals to concentrate on transformative processes that allow everyone to Thrive. This programme is designed for collective participation, enabling each member to practically apply the work and strategies in various areas of growth. Participants are able to integrate the learnings from the programme into their daily lives, leadership roles, and business practices.
How We Do It:
Through focused conversations, actionable strategies derived from our targeted programme material, and supportive connections, we collaborate with our clients to empower them to build confidence, develop resilience for success, and achieve meaningful growth. This approach, which we term 'Inside Out Growth,' ensures that everyone can thrive.
What to Expect:
· The course will be completed online with digital manuals and online sessions.
· A chance to have the accountability of the Collective: been a group of 6-10 other people and / or businesses.
· Access to My Coach through emails, text and calls as is needed for your success.

The course is divided into 12 sessions, each focused on a specific aspect of personal growth, your leadership growth, growth in your personal income, and growth in your career or business profitability and turnover.
